30-day refund window
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of your initial payment for a full refund. No explanation required, though feedback is welcome.
Lifetime founder licenses
Founder lifetime licenses are also eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
How to request a refund
Email hello.mashrurio@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address used at checkout. We will process your refund within 5 business days.
After the refund window
Refunds outside the 30-day window are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to decline refunds for abuse or repeated refund-and-repurchase behavior.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your billing account. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically refund prior payments.
